O’Neill Family lamb is my go to meat for its delicious flavor, high quality, and care Kelley and Cindy invest in the whole lifecycle of their livestock and the ecosystem where these animals live. They are conscientious farmers who put the time and work in, to provide for their animals and improve the land they live and work. The care they put into raising healthy and happy animals is apparent on the farm and it pays off in the quality of their products and the delicious flavors of their meat and eggs.

The ground lamb I got from the o’Neill’s was indulgent, hearty, and simply delicious. if you’re looking for an easy way to support local farmers that are producing meat of extremely high quality and to switch up your usual dinners, i can’t think of something I’d recommend more than the ground lamb. Goes great with about anything i’ve tried it with.
